More than 400,000 people marched through mid-town Manhattan in New York City yesterday demanding bold action on climate change. This was a historic march and Protect the Adirondacks is proud to have helped sponsor it. See pictures of the New York City march here. This is the biggest climate action march in history, but it was just one of 2,600 events — yes 2,600 separate events from around the world yesterday. This day of climate action was a powerful signal to leaders from around the world that serious action is needed and expected.
